It seems as though the Stones Throw camp are spoiling us and happy about we are too.
To kick off the Stepkids US tour with Mayer Hawthorne, the label have put out a free download of a cracking remix of the bands 'Suburban dream'
Originally an electro tinged, rock vocal track off the much lauded self titled LP from 2011.
The Stepkids have drafted in the vocal talents of Pharoahe Monch and last year's Stones Throw signing Homeboy Sandman to add a little lyrical trickery to the original recording.
The result is a beat laden head nodder, with scant use of the original vocals and lush tripped out synth stabs, set to compliment the excellent vocal boom bap of the guest MC's.
