Hypnotic brass ensemble double header!

I have seen the Hypnotic brass ensemble close up at a cracking gig in Brighton a year or so ago.
Electric is the word i can find to best describe their set. For anyone who hasn't had the pleasure yet, i seriously recommend doing what you can to purchase a ticket.
Consisting of 8 brothers, all fathered by one Philip Cohran, jazz musician and trumpeter for Sun Ra Arkestra.
All brothers were tutored in the musical arts whilst growing up, and have come together to form one of the heaviest sounding brass bands you are likely to hear.
They perform at two events in London in Nov;

1/ This is just a monster line up. Billed as 'Another Honest Jon's chop up' (chop up being the African slang for festival). The line up includes Damon Albarn, Flea, Tony Allen, Phil Cohran & Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, Shangaan Electro, Theo Parrish
Fatoumata Diawara, M.anifest and Cheick Tidiane Seck. Unmissable!

2/ Hypnotic brass ensemble play the world famous Jazz Cafe in Camden. Supported by the amazing Hackney Colliery band and Mr Wah Wah himself, Dom Servini.

It looks like the Barbican gig may have sold out already, so dig hard. You will find.
